Refund & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

No Returns
Due to the nature of our business and international shipping,
we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Customers are not required to send items back to us.

Delivered Orders – No Refunds
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier,
we do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items that are not damaged or defective

All sales are final after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items – Replacement Only
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

To be eligible for assistance, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect

After verification, we will offer a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds or returns will not be provided for damaged or defective items.

Items Not Received
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe
and is confirmed as lost by the carrier,
we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Method
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases,
it will be issued to the original payment method only.
