Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States only.
We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed.
Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
Tracking information is available upon customer request.
Once requested, we will provide the tracking number if the order has been shipped,
or inform you of the current shipment status if it has not yet been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear
after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High-demand periods
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
If an order is confirmed as lost after investigation, a replacement or refund
may be provided at our discretion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
provided by the customer.

If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address,
we do not offer refunds or free replacements.

Delivered Orders
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier,
responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.
