Risk of Loss
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier,
the risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
provided at checkout.
Orders affected by address errors are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Delivered orders that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or defective items may qualify for a replacement only,
